Method and Cost of Delivery
Pick up or Delivery:
Pick Up:
For those buyers close enough to one of our two retail shops, they can now elect to “Pick Up” their order and save on delivery costs. This option will appear during the check out process.
Delivery:
Wave Irrigation Online use Australia Post eParcels to deliver all goods up to 22Kg in weight and are less than 105cm x 100cm in size.
The cost of Delivery, Handling and Insurance of all eParcels will be automatically calculated during checkout from the total weight of the products in the buying trolley, the delivery postcode and a small 1% of the total value of the goods to cover insurance. This cost will be shown in the checkout process and added to the total cost of the actual products.
The total Delivery cost shown on the website during checkout includes Freight, Handling and Insurance.
The cost of delivery of parcels outside the above criteria will be subject to quotation before despatch. We will contact you to confirm the courier company, delivery method, cost and timeframe before finalizing the order.
You will receive from us by email, a link back to PayPal where you pay the freight cost agreed upon. Once payment has been made your goods will be despatched to you.
Despatch
Wave irrigation Online will pick, pack and despatch orders in the following timeframes:
All orders received before 10.00am on any business day (Except public holidays in Victoria) will be despatched the same day. All orders received after 10.00am will be despatched the following day.
Parcel Tracking
eParcel:

Australia Post eParcel allocates a bar code and consignment number to each parcel.
Wave Irrigation Online will email you the consignment number within one business day of despatching the goods.
To track the delivery progress of your order you can click on the eParcel logo above and enter your consignment number in the Domestic Tracking box and the progress of your parcels delivery will be shown.
Courier:
Wave irrigation Online will use Hunter Express to deliver parcels that are not deliverable by Australia Post’s eParcel system (IE too heavy or too large). We will contact you to provide you with a number of delivery and cost options before proceeding. After the goods are despatched we will email you to confirm the courier company and the consignment number.
Proof of Delivery
Eparcels:
All deliveries will require a signature and printed name to accept delivery of a parcel.
If your home is unattended the parcel will be delivered to your local post office. A card will be left in you mailbox or door to indicate that delivery was attempted and which post office is holding the parcel. You will need to go to that post office, show proof of identity and sign for your parcel.
Eparcel deliveries do include insurance.
Courier:
Hunter Express requires a signature as proof of delivery. We recommend that you have deliveries made to your work address if your home is frequently unattended.
On your instruction and responsibility, the parcel can be left at a designated location (IE on the front or back step or with the next door neighbour) if you are not in attendance.
Alternatively you can elect to pay a small redelivery fee if you are not in attendance and don’t wish for the goods to be left at a designated point. We will give you the cost of this option when we contact you.
Insurance is an additional optional cost which we will also inform you about when we contact you.
Trade Customer Delivery Option
Trade Customers with a current trading account with Water Pros Hoppers Crossing or Burwood can elect to have their goods delivered to the “Job Site” Job site orders over $500 in value will be delivered at no charge. Job site orders below $500 will incur a nominal $20 delivery fee.
